Plans & pricing
FieldLabel comes in four plans. Your subscription applies to your whole organization — everyone you invite shares the same plan, features, and limits. You can start free, try a paid plan, and change plans at any time from Settings → Subscription.

Everything in Basic, plus:
- Up to 15 users.
- Maintenance plans & recurring tasks — build service schedules and let your team (or your customers) complete them.
- Customer portal — invite your customers to view their equipment and sign off on maintenance through external-user accounts.
- Custom asset fields — add your own fields (like install date or filter size) to every asset.
- All integrations, including Trello.
Custom pricing — for large teams and enterprises.
Everything in Pro, plus:
- Unlimited users.
- AI data-plate scanning — snap a photo of an equipment nameplate and let FieldLabel fill in the model, serial number, and more when creating an asset.
- Priority support and custom onboarding.
