Integrations overview
FieldLabel connects to outside field-service tools so your existing clients and jobs flow into the app automatically. Instead of re-typing customers and jobs by hand, you link an account once, run a one-time bulk import, and then let FieldLabel keep things in sync as records change.
Where to find integrations
Section titled “Where to find integrations”All integrations live under Settings → Integrations (look for the plug icon in the settings sidebar). The page lists each available integration as a card, along with anything that is still on the way.
External (Customer Portal) users have no access to integrations at all — this is an internal staff feature.
What you can connect
Section titled “What you can connect”Jobber
Section titled “Jobber”Sync your Jobber clients and jobs into FieldLabel. Connect your Jobber account with one click, run a bulk import (clients become Customers and jobs become Jobs), and from then on Jobber keeps everything up to date in real time. Re-running an import updates existing records instead of creating duplicates.
Jobber is available on the Basic plan and above. Read the Jobber guide →
Trello
Section titled “Trello”Sync companies and jobs from a Trello board. After connecting, you pick the board that holds your jobs and the custom field that stores company names. Cards become Jobs and the company field becomes Customers. As with Jobber, the first import is one-time and ongoing changes sync automatically. You can change the board or company field later with Reconfigure.
Trello is available on the Pro plan and above. Read the Trello guide →
CSV import
Section titled “CSV import”Already have your data in a spreadsheet? Use CSV import to bulk-load customers (and related records) from a file — no third-party account required. CSV import is available on the Basic plan and above. Read the CSV import guide →

Coming soon
Section titled “Coming soon”The Integrations page also shows a HouseCall Pro card marked Researching. It is dimmed and cannot be connected yet — it is listed so you know it is on our radar.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Connecting does not import anything by itself. Linking an account only establishes the connection — you still need to click Import Data to pull in your existing clients, jobs, or cards.
- Imports are safe to re-run. They match records by their source ID, so re-importing updates what is already there rather than duplicating it.
- Disconnecting keeps your data. It stops future syncing and removes the connection, but the Customers and Jobs you already imported stay in FieldLabel. You can disconnect even if your plan no longer includes that integration.
- Check status anytime. Each integration page shows the connected account or board, who connected it, the last sync time, when it was connected, and any recent sync error — plus a Data Mapping table showing exactly how source fields map to FieldLabel Customer and Job fields.
