Jobber integration

If you already run your business in Jobber, the Jobber integration brings your existing clients and jobs straight into FieldLabel — no re-typing required. Connect your account once, run a one-time import, and from then on FieldLabel keeps your clients and jobs in sync automatically.

Once connected, the integration maps your Jobber data onto FieldLabel records:

  • Clients become Customers. Your Jobber clients are imported as FieldLabel Customers.
  • Jobs become Jobs. Your Jobber jobs are imported as FieldLabel Jobs and linked to the right customer.
  • Real-time sync keeps things current. After the first import, changes you make in Jobber (creating, updating, or deleting clients and jobs) flow into FieldLabel automatically.

You can see exactly how each source field lines up in the Data Mapping table on the Jobber page.

Connecting links your Jobber account to FieldLabel. It does not import any data on its own — that’s a separate step you’ll run next.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Click the Jobber card. If your plan is below Basic, the card shows a Basic lock badge — upgrade first to continue.
  3. On the Jobber page, click Connect Jobber.
  4. You’ll be redirected to Jobber to authorize access. FieldLabel requests permission to read and write your clients and jobs.
  5. After you approve, you’re returned to a Connecting to Jobber… screen that finishes the connection and shows Connected! along with your Jobber account name.
  6. Click Go to Integrations to return. The Jobber card now shows a green Connected badge.

After connecting, run a one-time import to pull your existing Jobber clients and jobs into FieldLabel.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open the Jobber page (it must already show Connected).
  2. Click Import Data.
  3. In the Import from Jobber dialog, review what it will do: import all clients as Customers, import all jobs linked to their customers, and update existing imported items without creating duplicates.
  4. Click Start Import and wait for it to finish.
  5. Review the results — Customers Created/Updated, Jobs Created/Updated, and any Errors. If there are errors, click Download Error Log to save a .txt list of the items that didn’t import.
  6. Click Done.

Both admins and members can check on the connection at any time.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations.
  2. Open the Jobber card to see the connection details: your connected Jobber account, who connected it, the last sync time, the connected-since date, and any last sync error.
  3. Scroll to the Data Mapping table to see exactly how Jobber fields map to FieldLabel Customer and Job fields.

Disconnecting stops future syncing and removes the stored connection. Your already-imported Customers and Jobs stay in FieldLabel — nothing is deleted.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open the Jobber page.
  2. Click Disconnect.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, review the effects: it stops webhook sync and requires reconnection to sync again, but does not delete any imported data.
  4. Click Disconnect to confirm.

To start syncing again later, just reconnect and (if needed) run Import Data once more.
